The greater Antigua, Guatemala area, where our program takes place, is rich in history, natural beauty, and agricultural abundance. Nestled in the central highlands of Guatemala, this region is known for its stunning volcanic landscapes, rolling hills, and lush forests. Antigua itself is a charming colonial city with vibrant markets, cobblestone streets, and well-preserved architecture. Throughout the program, we’ll explore both the cultural and natural wonders of the area, immersing ourselves in its dynamic atmosphere. Whether wandering through historic ruins, enjoying local cuisine, or taking in breathtaking mountain views, you’re sure to find many things to love during your two weeks here.

Before we take off on our journey together, you will need to become fully oriented with the contents of this student portal. The most important step is to click the ‘Onboarding‘ tab and complete all of the required items within that section as soon as possible. Any information we request is necessary and time sensitive. The second step is to review the ‘Handbook‘ tab. The handbook houses detailed information relevant to the program and students are encouraged to review the handbook multiple times in the lead up to the program as we will update it regularly.
